Mouse problems in Release build

I recently decided to build our project in a release build (the 2 MB debug-released was depressing me , so after setting up all my libs for release-mode, I compiled and linked a working release build. For some reason, the mouse position retrieval doesn''t work now. It''s worked fine for 10 months of debug builds, but now it''s laid down and died without as much as a debug error.. All I get is 0,0 as input for new mouse coordinates.. The mouse coop level is dwCoopFlags = DISCL_EXCLUSIVE | DISCL_FOREGROUND; and I''m retrieving relative coordinates.. No errors are generated by the input system at any time, just no changes to the mouse position.. And this ONLY happens in the Release build, not the debug build... Any ideas ? Allan
