OpenGL 1.4

Also please would it be possible to add a NeHe article covering ARB_vertex_program as i''d like to learn it A.S.A.P. but it is a big and complex area of OpenGL.

What do you mean by binaries? Although I doubt you meant this, you most correct thing that applies would be an implementation, which is a set of video drivers. If you mean the MCD, Microsoft probably won''t release one. If you''re using another platform, the answer is probably ''whenever Mesa3D gets around to it'' (they already have some of 1.4, and all of 1.3). If you mean libraries for developing, those can only be upgraded with the MCD is upgraded (and, like I said, Microsoft isn''t going to be doing that in the foreseeable future).

Yes i did mean the libraries for developing. That puts a huge dampener on any possible excitement surrounding 1.4, but thanks for the info.
