Compressed mipmap texture

I create compressed mipmap texture. How can I load to m_pMipMap? D3DXLoadSurfaceFromFile() load only the Level 0 bitmap. I use D3DXCreateTextureFromFile[Ex] to load mipmapped and compressed (DXT1) texture.
