Found in NWN cool loking grass, moving with wind and footstep. Any Ideas to implement this stuff??? Can someone help. Nvidia sample to slow.

I think its just a Quad with a grass texture on it.

and to make them move in the wind, just change the cords of the 2 upper vertices.

Think you could provide a screenshot of the grass? Not all of us have played NWN (I have, but only for about 30 mins) Several screenshots would be even better.
