I have read a lot about bsp''s but no tut''s are refering about ''leaf sides'' I was digging into collision det against quake bsp and is different than any bsp collision tutorial. My understanding was that when you reach the leaf then you go in leaf polygons cllection and test each poly for collision. In qbsp tere is no thing like that; instead tey go in a leaf sides and test the leaf-content (solid/empty). Is out there a tutorial regarding these leaf sides leaf contents stuff. Thanks. MCO

That''s basically what''s happening, only they''re using the solid/empty model to determine whether they intersect a polygon or not between two points. They then might go ahead and do the actual detection for the collison point, using the (origin) and (origin + velocity) vectors.
