Open a VB 6 file in .net

VB.NET and VB6 are two quite different languages. I doubt you will be able to get a VB6 project running in VB.NET without substantial work on your part, especially when it''s using an unmanaged API such as Open GL.
I suggest you take a look at CSGL[1] instead. The supplied examples are in C#, but the principles are pretty much the same as in VB.NET.
