A free TARGA editor?

I want to use .TGA files in my next project. I have a good TGA loader, but I just realized, none of my image programs can write .TGA''s. What is a good FREE program for drawing targas that I can DOWNLOAD?

The Gimp can do TGA''s. You can get it for linux and windows.
