Can any one help me learn C++ or live in Wichta, Kansas. LOL I picked up a book and codes in it dont seem to work I always get errors and I try and try again. But its always the same errors. So if any one has the time to train or be a mentor. Please leave a message. Thanks, Michael

What are the errors that you get every time? They can probably be fixed easily. also, what compiler are you using?

o sorry, Its in this book "Game Porgaramming ALL IN ONE"

You said you a begginer and you boiught a game programming book. If your just starting out on programming. Attempting to programming a game is not a good idea for you. Try getting some more experience first.

If you want to be helped for free over the net, try searching for tutorials on C/C++. The best place I have found tutorials on programming is Google. I have found almost any thang and every thang with this search engine.

Gotta say I disagree with you Sakky.

I''d say do something similar to this:

Guess a Number.
Tic Tac Toe.
Tetris.
Asteroids.
2D Platform Game.
3D Space Shooter.
etc
etc
etc
Quake Clone.

Each one is good experience.
