vertical synchronization

Right click desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > Video Card > Additional Properties > OpenGL Settings > Vsync > Always Off
*Note that some things may be different on your comp, I think you can figure it out.

I think there''s a WGL_EXT_swap_control extension you can use in your game if you want players to be able to change it in-game.

I generally leave it up to the control panel though - it knows best! ;-)
