I really need Glut32.lib for the OpenGL Programming Guide (aka RedBook) for my VC++ 6.0 compiler. Can anyone tell me where to get it?! Programming::~Fredric(const Annoy_Ance)

Alright, I downloaded the glut library from opengl.org and put all the .libs, and dlls in the LIB folder of my Visual C++ 6.0 compiler... but now none of my OpenGL programs will compile (even the ones that have nothing to do with GLUT). This VERY frustrating- can someone PLEASE help me out?!
