Simple question using FindFirstFile

Ok, lets say I have a function that takes in the location of the directory, it will be ever changing. func(LPCSTR* dir) Can So, can I do this. FindFirstFile(dir + ".txt", WIN32_FIND_DATA blah)? I hope I explained it good enough PrettyBoyFS

I''m sure the c++ streams would allow it, though you''d have to call some method to actually get a string, not a string class.
I like java where you can treat "abcd" as a string class and call it''s member functions. Even 5 or 12 has them too - quite surreal but very handy.
