I know how to enumerate the display modes with DX. Now, how can I create a dialog box that displays those modes and let the user select one? I''m new with Visual C++, do I have to call any Windows'' function?

Creating a dialog box and responding to messages in the WM_COMMAND part of it''s DialogProc is probobly the easiest way to do it. However, you can go crazy and create new partially-transparent windows and stuff.
