Old post about a game where stick men fought with guns

Hey all,
There used to be a post here that had a ton of replys. It was a post where someone had made a game and was letting everyone try it out.
The game was stick men on a screen and they had diff ranks. They also had guns and you could jump and shoot and the bullets were flying everywhere.
The guy who made it talked about releasing the source and i was just wondering if he did this or if anyone can tell me a site or a place to get that game again.
