I am starting to make a game but i need a realy good guid to help me get started. I would like to know were to get basic game codes for a tetris clone and a pong game in directX?

Chances are if you''re asking for game source code you''re not at the level of programming a game yet. I''d brush up your basic programming skills first, do a text based game like Tic-Tac-Toe, and then try the tutorials in the DirectX SDK.
