Does anyone know of any good places to get started on driving sims? Any info on freeware open source engines anyone might have would be good too! Tim

TORCS is the only one i''ve found so far.

HL rally for Half life and
and Quake3 Rally 1.0. I''m not sure how good these mods are but the source should be easy enough to lay hands on

There''s a couple of racing car games at clanlib.org - not a great simulation though. I did find this really indepth car simulation webpage on a uni website, sorry I cant tell you the address, but you should be able to find something on a search engine.
