I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about the average salary of a Game Journalist. I was considering several lines of work but I want to make sure that the one I choose has a good salary range.

Check the Occupational Outlook Handbook. Though, I''ve never really heard of "Game Journalist." If you''re a journalist you''d probably cover whatever your employer tells you to cover, whether it be games or the flooding in Podunk.

I have no knowledge of what it takes to write for a gaming magazine, but I''d assume that there''s a good many other people who are vying for similar positions.
