Since I do not have the slightest clue about OpenGL or Quake''s software renderer, I was wondering what line of code controls Quake''s light map rendering. Is it like DX''s SetTexture() command? I just want to remove light mapping in the world and still make model''s in Quake be lit. Also, where does Quake handle the EXIT menu? I wanted to remove it. If you are just wondering why I ask these strange questions then keep reading. I am some sort of Quake competition at my house and I don''t want anyone messing arround with the rest of the computer. "Then how do I exit?" you ask. Simple, I make an impulse command that does that. Why do I want to get rid of light mapping? dont ask.
