How do you convert a whole bunch of points, maybe in a multidimensional array, to triangles or quads? I don''t expect anyone to explain the whole idea of tesselation here, but anyone know a tutorial somewhere? Thanks, David

You''d have to tell us what you mean by "a whole bunch of points" I think. I''m not quite sure what you mean. (voxels?)

above a couple of points (let''s say 10-20 points), finding the best set of triangle that fits the points is impossible both in term of computation speed and fiability of the algorithms. In vision sciences, it''s one of the only tasks a human MUST do himself

I''m mean I''ve got a bunch of points, in any order. Like,

1,2,1
2,1,1
2,4,6
1,4,1

And I want to turn them into triangles. Thanks,

David

I''m still not sure if I understand your question - do your points describe a single surface or are you just trying to connect them all?
