which are the top 10 racing games?Need help fast for research..

Hi guys,
I am currently doing a research on car racing games.Stuff like : type of racing game, rating ,the platform, Developer / Studio name, The Publisher, the time taken to make it, Polygon and Texture budgets for the game etc..I need to study 10 different games.Can anybody suggest sites/assets which I could visit.Any advice is appreciated.

Rollcage was (IS) a great racer. Psygnosis/Atention to detail made it. Probably hard to find the info for it that you wanted, though.
