Algorithms in C++ parts 1-5 Robert Sedgewick is pretty comprehensive. See:

The book that I''m using for my Data Structures class right now is "Data Structures & Algorithms in Java." So far it''s a great book, and there is a CD that comes with the book that allows you to step through each of the data structures and see how they work. If you''re programming in Java, I really do recommend this book.

Hope this helps
Pat
