I have been out of the mathematical loop for a while and wanted to take a course to relearn (and learn some new concepts to me) the math involved in game programming. I found a course at [https://www.gameinstitute.com/gi/courses/coursedescription.asp?courseID=1] the gameinstitute.com and was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of the courses they offer. How would you rate the courses? Are they worth the money and the effort?

I''ve had mostly good experiences with the GameInstitute courses, from my perspective I found the OpenGL/DirectPlay/DirectInput and the
BSP tree courses the best for value. However, the mathematics course gets mixed reviews.

A lot of people find it good, I found personally it focused too much on proofs etc and if you don''t have too much previous experience in mathematics it could be overwhelming. However, if you want a primer then this course would probably be good for you.
