The icq window moving will always happen when you change resolutions (unless it''s minimized).
For some reason, after I modified my code to use the IDirectDraw7 interface, instead of just IDirectDraw, things like that stopped happening (though it might have been something else, because it was a long time ago). I use Win98.

It was never a problem on Windows 95 w/ DX6. I get the problem with Win98 w/DX7. I don''t know what is causing it precisely. And it moves it even if it is minimized!
