I need to write an OCX. But I DON''T want to program it using Visual Basic! Is there any way to write the OCX using Visual C++ 6? Or may a way to convert a DLL into an OCX ?

1. I''m with Fuzztrek, wrong forum. ActiveX != DirectX.

2. An OCX is an OLE Control, which have been more recently known as ActiveX Controls.

3. An OCX *is* a DLL. It just has a special entry point and COM interfaces.

4. In MSVC: Go to File -> New -> Projects and select "MFC ActiveX ControlWizard". That will make you an OCX.
