Searching a tutorial on ActiveX and DLLs

Hi everybody! I''m looking for a tutorial on writing an ActiveX DLL. I need to write a DLL (or OCX) that uses 2 soundcards. Does anybody know how to do it using MSVC (or any other commonly used program) ?
