Rotating camera in FPPs

How can it be done? I want to rotate my camera using mouse like it is in FPP games. I thought about calculating the difference between mouse cursor position on the screen in different periods of time, but when cursor goes to the edge of screen, the difference is 0 => the camera isn''t rotating. I tried to restore the default mouse position (center it on the screen), but this sucks too. Any ideas? I would be grateful for any concepts.
