Does The Radeon 9000PRO have the pixel and vertex shaders via hardware and full programmable? Does support the CG language?

Probably going to depend on if ATI buy rights to use it on their hardware would be my guess?

The 9000 is a DirectX8.1 compliant part, and I believe Cg can be compiled to DX shaders, so the short answer is yes

Many thanks

The ps_1_x targets are techinically 8.1 ps, so they should be valid.

DX9''s HLSL will have native ps_1_4 support (the 9000''s highest target). 1_4 is somewhate more powerful then ps_1_1/2/3 and HLSL shaders map much better to it due to added flexability.
