I was reading Beginning Direct3D Game Programming by Wolfgang Engel and was wondering if anyone else had read it. If anyone has, could they please tell me their opinion of the book-I think i might have found some problems, but i might be wrong. thanks.

I do not like the book at all, it trys to do way too much way too fast.

Try going to Amazon.com and looking the book up there. There are lots and lots of book reviews written by people who bought that book.

I have the book myself, but havn''t read it that much yet as I wasn''t up to par with my C++ skills yet. But from what I did read, it was way beyond me and I sure didn''t understand much of it. But like I said I went into it prematurely.
