How to set up boost in vc7?

Errr i read the help and i don''t have a clue about that boost.build thing. How do i set this thing up?

For 95% of the stuff in Boost, you just point your compiler to the include directory (also called boost, I think) and you''re done. I dunno about the stuff that requires compilation - the docs didn''t make much sense to me either
