Hi, I already know a bit about C++ and a little about DirectX, but i don''t know much about game programming. Are there any good books out there that could teach me game programming in general? Thanks, MattS423

Go to the Books and Software section. Some people say Tricks of Windows Game Programming by Andre LaMothe is a good one.

"Game Programming all in one" is verry good, teaches everything in fair detail, all 952+ pages of it!

You should listen to me, im 'Special'.Or so my physiatrist said.
