Images are blurred?

Hey all, i''m not sure if it''s my code, or how openGL renders things, but for some reason, when i draw a HUDD quad, the image gets blurred in rendering. here''s a link to the image showing my problem: Image If anyone has an idea off the top of their head, please shoot it out. i resize ur image to 75% then enlarge it to 133.333% in photoshop,
i got an image nearly the same as ur "in game" (i believe my eyes)

Since opengl eats only power of two texture maps (2^x), and the original is 400x400, do you maybe scale down the texture map to 256x256 before using it?

If so, consider scaling up instead (512x512).
