Troubles with Timing accuaracy

Hi, I really apreciate if any could help me with this strange trouble, well I use a timing function to update all my game movements and blits, and it was working fine, but Today, when I run it, it moves really slow, the frametime is the trouble. I use the Timing method located in the Article "High Resolution Timing in Games" http://www.gamedev.net/reference/programming/game/article753.asp Please I need help, to see if the Trouble could be my PC. Hi, well that is the most strange thing, because the trouble was with an EXE, I mean, I no recompile it, jut run my exe and it run slowly, but all other things run fine. By other hand Today I check the same EXE and now it run fine, I don know what is happening, I tested it using the timeGetTime(), and QueryPerformanceCounter(), but I get the same results.
