Differences between OGL and D3D???

In OGL I could use these blending states: source = gl_zero dest = gl_src_color but If I use these in D3D it doesn''t work: source = D3DBLEND_ZERO dest = D3DBLEND_SRCCOLOR why?!?! Is there any difference between the blending of OGL and D3D??

Nope, no difference. Both of those just pass a command to the driver to set ZERO:SRCCOLOR on the graphics chip.

Try setting D3DRS_ALPHABLENDENABLE to TRUE, also ensure that the interaction with the Z buffer is as you desire.
