Rotation with DirectDraw7

I''ve been trying to rotate a surface in VB using BltFx, but it doesn''t draw anything and doesn''t return any error. Could anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial or give me a sample of how to make it work ?

You need to write your own software rotation if you don''t want to switch to 3d. yes, that''s exactly what you have to do. And this has been discussed MANY MANY times. But I don''t blame you for not knowing it with GDnet disabling the search function.
