I rather dislike the flipcode one.
SphereGames has one that's really quite good. If you want, I might be able to hack together some example code, but I imagine the above is enough to get you well on your way.

Very often when someone wants to use a sky dome a skybox would actually do just fine. Very simple to code, and can look just as good.
The reason a lot of people give up is that they can''t produce nice textures that don''t accomodate for the fact they''re rendered onto the inside of a cube, with the result that you get pinching effects at the edges and corners of the box.
Check out this article at Gamasutra and see if a simple skybox would do after all.
