Thank you branhield, I would have thought at least that much would have been obvious. This band I speak of is not by any means famous, I have chatted with the lead singer online (he is the one who sent me to his site). The biggest problem I had was with mp3.com, I thought that if they posted it there for everyone to download, I figured i would be able to include it in an opengl demo for everyone to hear.

I still have not heard back from these guys. I have posted on their forum, I have sent emails, and have been waiting for the lead person to come online, but they have been null and void the past few days.

I asked in the past if I could include their songs in other opengl projects, I am almost certain he said yes, but I am asking again only to make sure.
