I have only one question and them i want to say some words about the OpenX APIs.So when i try to compile a application that uses DevIL i get this message "Cannot find OpenIL.dll" the strange thing is that this file does not comes with the DevIL.Where can i get it? Now get to the point.I am very happy that i don''t need to use DirectAudio as sound API no more. The OpenAL is much more cool. The DevIL also looks very cool and OpenGL is the coolest.I never liked DirectX and now i don''t have to use it. P.S. The only thing missing now is a input API The pain is coming...this sommer!!!

All necessary files should be here. The dll should be placed in some system directory on windows or in your executable''s folder.
Concerning input try SDL.

openil.dll is an old version of devil ( in fact OpenIL is the old name ). So u should try to recompile your prog with the newer version ( www.imagelib.org )
