What is a good budget laptop (around 400MHz or lower) that I could get for basic OpenGL support? Or where is a good website that has a list of all graphics hardware supported by OpenGL?

I was shooting for a Gateway Solo 2100 (133Mhz 32MB ram) to run my OpenGL project on. It *will* work but not for much. My OpenGL class demo posted at my site runs about 10fps on it. For some reason my actual project dropped down to less than 1 fps but oh well. It''s got some crap Cirrus card in it.

I also have a Dell Inspiron 7000 running at 400Mhz with a ATI Rage Mobility. It runs the project nicely at 30fps. The Dell weighs a ton though.
