I''ve heard alot of people on here just getting started, looking for a good compiler. Search around on Microsoft''s website, and you can find a trial version of visual studio.net, for I think about $5 or less. It''s good for 60 days, which is plenty to get started on.

I use it, version 5 is only in Beta right now and there are some porlbems with it so I would got wiht 4 until 5 is out in the full version. It is free and fairly useful. Hope that was helpful

My funnies:
"My mom was a ventriloquist and she always was throwing her voice. For ten years I thought the dog was telling me to kill my father."
and:
"The longest word in the english language is the one that follows the phrase, ''''And now a word from our sponsor''''."

I used version 4 untill a month ago, and it has more bugs, and less features than the 5 Beta version. So, use 5.
