elevation in isometric

hi, can someone have a hint about this ? I''m currently making a simple rts game for my final project, and I use isometric style. I can''t figure how to apply an elevation such as hill,mountain, etc to the map. Can I do it in 2D way ? My friend told me, about the Bezzier alg. is there no other way ? thx.

Well, decrease the y coord before drawing.
Depending on your view angle, you will have to scale the amount of y delta by a certain factor from the height at which the object flies.
