Oh, it''s a taur! I was expecting an anthro, but taurs are cool too. Hmm, very nice shapes and shading. I''m thinking there''s some problem of perspective between the chest and the face - either the chest is too thick, or the muzzle doesn''t stick out quite far enough, or the head is just a little too small in comparison to the torso... maybe some combination of those, I''m not sure. Also I would make the weapon''s blade a bit larger, or give it a blade on both ends And some decorative elements like scrollwork on the armor or some bracelets and hair decorations on the cat warrior might be nice.

Very impressive, I like it except for the neck I don''t quite like that cylinder like shape that goes that High I think it should be more like a neck that emerges from the armor like chest the way it looks right now would in my eyes seem to uncomfortable. If anything it would be nice to nave soem neck between that peice and the head. but I Love that shading, excellent job other wise.

I missed your first thread of what type of game this is for. Do you plan on making her 3D or a 2D sprite? I can''t wait to see this babe animated.

In case someone doesn''t get to it by the time I post this. Here''s a little HTML lesson. This is the first time I will use the source tags. I did it this way as the only way I could think to show you the code.

/*
links go into an <href> tag like so
<a href="URL" target="_blank">User sees this as a link</a>

so.. Yours would be

<a href="http://www.freewebs.com/artkaos/festudy2.jpg" target="_blank">http://www.freewebs.com/artkaos/festudy2.jpg</a>

You do not need the target="_blank" What this does is opens the link in a new browser window. I like doing this so the forum doesn''t close out.

Now for images we use the <src> tag ..

<img border="0" src="URL" width="WIDTH" height="HEIGHT">

width and height are not the size of your original image. They are the size you want the image to be displayed in.

so.. Your’s would be

<img border="0" src=" http://www.freewebs.com/artkaos/festudy2.jpg" width="600" height="595">

*/

I hope this helps.

I still hold my opinion on that neck but I like your new updated one, although when I look at both side by side the new one looks more male then then the original, the face looks more masculane and that new armor really addes a male kind of touch (looks heaviver and like it would belong to a male), But It is certainly a very nice drawing. That would be really neat to make them like a race or something and like have like lots of those dudes running around. That would sure be a neat game to play the game with those guys instead of humans !

Yeah, I was thinking that too. What you have in the 2nd is really drawn well. She looks like a tough SOB er.. DOB? Anyway, I like it this way because it''s not what you usually associate with a "cat-person". She reminds me of the female klingon warriors (ie, not something boasting of feminine beauty, but celebrating raw strength). It takes a detour from our normal perception of a cat being graceful, delicate, and sophisticated. Quite frankly, I''m tired of seeing "cat-people" drawn like elves. But then again, was it your intention to break from that perception or not?

YEAH! you see my point! i totaly agree with you! man arent you tired of hearing of elegant snob cat people???gawd! i mean what about tigers and leopards! The true strenght of a feline! thats what i''m triying to show...tough its complicated because she is a female...im triying to find that kind of approach...tough but yet female looking....not the kind of elegance you get usaly..Maybe i could do another update and edit the pic..what do you guys think?

Ya that would be good, I think that sence you really want to show that Great power You should consintrate on the face to show some femeinime charictaristics and maybe do less muscle mass not so she is punny but all mammal species's female sides have less muscle mass, at least at default, and maybe just a bit smaller then the males but keep female warrior strength on top and you can certainly make one awesome drawing! Keep in mind that females normaly want to move faster with slightly less size then males. Such as with lions they don't have that extra weight and no Mains (How would you spell that any way?) so they are more streamlined like. Just some good things that will keep you on that feminime track, But go all the way to show that awesome power!

I still don't like that neck tho!
