Hi, If you don''t mind, could you please share any ''compatibility'' issues you''ve had using API calls (in VB/VC++), or any type of graphics routines? I am just developing some stuff, and wanted to avoid any pitfalls... Incidentally -- I encountered a "wierd" error which I do not know if it was due to my graphics card, or what -- (both computer systems are only about 2-3 years old) -- but taking something that used "bltbit" (running on a pentium) and running on a celeron (i don''t know if its the processor/graphix card or what) -- but it *really* screwed things up. For some reason it wasn''t reading the ''bitplanes'' correctly on the second computer (celeron), and said only "2", meanwhile it was "3" on the other computer... any ideas on why that happened? Anyways -- please post any other things you''ve encountered (and workarounds too ) cheers!
