How to get 16-bit depth_buffer data from rendered scene in 3DMAX ? (now I only can get 8 bit depth_buffer data... I think maybe use RLA format but How ?) thank you...

Yep, the RLA format is a possibility, it stores the depth buffer in a 32bit floating point format.

Another possibility is to create your own image exporter.
