overruns by D3DXCreateTexture

hi, I found some troubles by calling D3DXCreateTexture function, namely the boundschecker reports an overrun while calling this function. Here I allocate the memory for my textures this->Textures = new LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE8[ CountX*CountY ]; and here I have the "overrun" if( D3D_OK != D3DXCreateTexture(Device, TexWidth, TexHeight, 1, 0, D3DFMT_UNKNOWN, D3DPOOL_MANAGED, &this->Textures[i*CountX+j] ) ) I think from my side everything is OK, maybe. Thanks
