I''ve got a string of text with a hex string hidden somewhere within. How can I accurately filter out that hex string. It''s a string of several variables in hex, they are combined into one string so I just need to get the string. I''m doing this in VB, but a general explanation will suffice. Thanks.

I know only that which I know, but I do not know what I know.

You want a /(0x[0-9A-Fa-f]+)/ ?

I have no clue how you do regexps in VB, or if it is possible at all. Look and see if you can find something for Regualar Expressions, and it will be a piece of cake.
