DInput keyboard handler

Need to make ActiveX game component, wich use DirectX for Graphic and Input. I''m making whole Application as DLL and linked it to .OCX. But DirectInput wan''t work (All initialised, but .DLL got no inputs). Any suggestion? is it possible to solve this problem?
