I tried to port my [incomplete] SDL game engine to linux. I finally got it to compile, but when I tried to run it I get this error: "mcop warning: user defined signal handler found for SIG_PIPE, overriding" I was wondering if anybody could tell me possible problems.

From what I found on Google, it seems to be an error message generated by aRts. Does your build of SDL use aRts?

I didn''t find a solution with Google but, if nothing else, you could possibly build SDL to not use aRts.

Hehe, it got it working. The cause (for others who might make the same mistake) was the file names. I didn''t know linx was so picky about file names. It''s case sensative, and you have to use "/" instead of "\\"
