Im new to d3d programming so i need some help getting started. have made a max-script that exports all verticles and facedata to a file. problem is the coordinate system don''t work in d3d becuse z axis is 0.0f to 1.0f in d3d. Can i change the z depth max/min?, or any other ideas? ... /B4N

Not sure what you''re saying here. A vertex can have pretty much any z-value you want it to in Direct3D. Could you be thinking of the MinZ and MaxZ values in D3DVIEWPORT, those apply to post-transformed vertices. That is after they have been changed from object space (what you build them in in 3DS MAX or whatever) to view space (their position relative to the screen).
