Standard C++ method :

#include <fstream>

using namespace std;

int main()
{
ifstream src( "inputfile.foo", ios::binary );
ofstream dst( "outputfile.bar", ios::binary );

dst << src.rdbuf();
}

Discounting the declarations, it's a single statement

Edit: note that the technique works with any standard stream : cin, cout, fstreams, stringstreams ...
