DirectPlay - Infinite messages sending

I am not sure what your question is but are you asking about the reliable and non-reliable messages? I know reliable messages are resent untill the destination receives the message and un-reliable only sends once.

I would also like to ask if anyone knows of any good tutorials on DirectPlay specifically. Also any information on design decisions or code refactoring that you need to make to make an online game. I have a simple 2 player game that I would like to add online play to as a way to learn this stuff so any information to get my started would be great.
