Does anyone have an idea on what the following screenshot of the engine is?(multi level isometric, 3d etc)

I figure its a multi level isometric engine but does anyone else have any ideas on this?

Looks like a 2-D sprite-based engine with a tiled background and alpha blending, a la Starcraft. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as I can tell.
